How does Lemark differ from other manufacturers of laminated plastics?
Lemark is the only enterprise in Russia that manufactures HPL plastic using full-cycle technology. This allows maintaining the traditionally high quality of products at each stage of production, reducing the time and cost of plastic production.

The Lemark plant produces 6 types of plastic: Standard (ST), Postforming (PF), Refractory (FR), Biocidal (CR), Laboratory (LG), Facade (EG).

What sizes are Lemark products available in?
Lemark products are available in two sizes: 3050 x1300 mm and 3050 x1600 mm. A limited collection of decors is produced in the size 3050 x 1600 mm.

What types of surfaces (embossing, textures) does the Lemark plant produce?
The Lemark plant has the ability to produce 11 different surfaces: matte shagreen, gloss, granite, brushed plastic, flowers, pebbles on the mirror, shine, forest, Champion, lava and line. You can see all types of surfaces in the "Decors" section.

What is the minimum order you can place?
The minimum order for HPL plastic in our company is 10 sheets in thin plastic (from 0.6 mm to 3 mm), compact plastic (from 4 mm) - from 1 sheet. Production terms are agreed additionally.

What is the minimum production time for HPL plastic?
The minimum production period is from 14 to 28 calendar days, depending on the production load.

How are Lemark products packaged?
Sheet HPL plastic is stacked on a pallet according to the loading norms. The sheets are covered with wrapping foil and tightened with wrapping metal tape. How are the products delivered?

What decors collections are presented at the Lemark factory?

What is the basis for compact plastic?
The basis of compact plastic is special kraft paper impregnated with thermoactive resins.

Which of the plastics has increased wear resistance?
Lemark laminates are inherently superior in durability and strength. To further improve the protective properties, an additional layer of "overlay" is applied.

What is the difference between the "standard" plastic and the "postforming" series?
Special components are added to PF postforming plastic, which give the plastic the ability to be molded when reheated. Postforming plastic is produced only in a thickness of 0.6-0.8 mm. Plastic "standard" is intended only for use on flat, straight surfaces.

What is the difference between the plastic of the "standard" series and the "slow-burning" series?
In the TG "slow-burning" series, special components are added, which give the plastic fire resistance according to the KM-1 class.

What class of flammability does the flame retardant plastic have?
The fire hazard class of the low-combustible HPL Lemark is KM 1.

Which HPL is suitable for interior decoration?
Any type of plastic from 6 to 12 mm is suitable for interior decoration. If there are requirements for the fire resistance of the material, FR (fire-resistant KM-1) is needed. For clean rooms, HPL Biocidal (antibacterial) and HPL Laboratory (chemically resistant) are used.

What substrates can HPL plastic be glued to?

Can I use 4mm plastic for exterior / interior decoration?
The minimum thickness of particle board for interior and exterior finishing is 6 mm. More accurate indicators depend on the method of attachment.

Can HPL be used in rooms with high humidity (swimming pool)?
HPL plastic is not hygroscopic and can therefore be used in wet areas.

Facade HPL plastic is fixed in 3 ways:

Is it possible to mount plastic joint to joint for interior decoration?
